Art-Science Communication Internship

At Waag Futurelab we are looking for an intern to support our team Make

Do you want to gain work experience in a great team? Are you a Bachelor student who wants to work on real-life communication challenges around the topic of art-science? Then we are looking for you!

We are looking for an intern to support our team Make to showcase what we do on art-science and other methodologies. You will work with the Make team and also be in touch with many of the artists we work with at Waag.

Who are you?

  • You are a bachelor's or master's student.

  • You have an interest in communication and arts.

  • You know how to set up and follow a plan and you do your work with great care.

  • You speak and write in English on a professional level (C1 or C2).

  • You are friendly and approachable, not afraid to reach out to people you have not met yet.

  • You are available for at least 3 days a week starting May 2024. We are looking for an intern for at least three months, but preferably six. Please specify your availability in your message to us.

What will you do?

  • You will support the team in setting up the art-science section of waag.org (content management, proofreading and editing)

  • This includes designing, building and filling a repository and collecting bios from artists we have worked with.

  • You will support the team showcasing our art-science expertise online and on social media.

Waag offers an internship remuneration of €300 per month for a full-time working week. Your internship period is negotiable, but will last at least three months.
